Give back with a Shake: http://seasonsgreetings.schneider-electric.com/
Sean and I flew back to the States for a few weeks to spend the holidays with our families and friends. Christmas is my favorite time of the year, and I really don’t fully get into the holiday spirit until I come home. There is something magical about spending Christmas in New England – the cold air, hot chocolate by the fireplace, my parents 18 ft fully decorated indoor Christmas tree.
As the year is wrapping up, I look back to appreciate everything that has happened over the past year. For one, I am thankful I no longer live at home and have to decorate my parents 18 ft tree ;-), seriously though – that’s a lot of ornaments. I’m thankful for all of our family & friends that came to visit over the past year: my college friends Colie & Abel, Sean’s sister Kelly, Sean’s friend Joe, my college roommates Kate & Chelsey, and Sean’s parents. I’m thankful for all of the traveling we were able to do: Macau, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, and China. I’m most thankful I have Sean that puts up with all my crazy antics and loves me regardless of how last minute I plan a trip.
I’m also thankful for working at such a great and giving company, Schneider Electric. This year our company e-card will donate 1 euro for every “shake” towards social entrepreneurship combating fuel poverty in Europe and equipping rural libraries with solar lamps in Africa. I hope you take a second to follow the link and “shake” the snow globe to give back: http://seasonsgreetings.schneider-electric.com/
I wish everyone a great, safe and happy holiday season! Thank you for everyone that has been reading the blog and I can’t wait to share more of our travel experiences with you in 2017.
